WEST HARTFORD — The 17th annual Mayor's Charity Ball is slated to be held on May 14, with all proceeds benefitting two local non-profit organizations.
The gala will benefit The Town That Cares and Playhouse on Park, according to a press release. It will take place under the grande tent on the West Hartford Town Hall Green from 6 p.m. to midnight.
Tickets include cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a sit down dinner with wine, provided by Max Catering and Events. Entertainment will be provided by Playhouse on Park and music will be provided by The Metropolitan Players. There will also be a silent auction.
The Ball is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created to bring awareness to and raise funds for West Hartford non-profit organizations. It is governed by a board of directors with the input and endorsement of Mayor Scott Slifka.
