Thank you to everyone who participated in the "Second Chance" auction for incredible items that didn't find a home during the night of the Ball. Because of your support, we were able to raise an additional $2,000 to support The Town That Cares and Playhouse on Park!

The pictures from the 17th Annual Mayor's Charity Ball are now up and online! Formal "Step & Repeat" pictures are available for purchase, with 100% of the proceeds being donated back to the ball. Candid photos are also up for viewing.

The ticket sales and online auction portion of the Mayor's Charity Ball is now officially closed...
If you submitted a bid for an "Online Auction Only" item, you can access the MCB Bidding For Good website to see if you won. For all other items, the last bid submitted will be the opening bid the night of the event. If you are unable to attend the Ball, but would still like to make a donation, you can do that at the "Can't Attend the Ball" tab on the website, or at the Bidding For Good page.

Just a reminder...all ticket purchases and online auction bids need to be submitted by 10:00 p.m. tonight, Thursday, May 12. No other online transactions will occur after that point. Also note, tickets are NOT available for purchase at the door.

We are three days away...the big event is almost here!! Current ticket count is approaching a record number of over 370 attendees, and the online auction is open until 10:00 pm. tomorrow night (May 12). It can be accessed at:
At this point, all registered guests that have provided us their email should have received several emails on other offers from local merchants regarding tuxedo and hair salon specials and parking arrangements. For anyone who has not, below is the information:
The town hall is located at 50 South Main Street, West Hartford.
Parking will be free for guests of the Ball. Parking is in the Town Hall parking lot. The gates will be up and there will be no payment required.
Please follow the signs to the main entrance.
The evening will begin at 6pm.
All guests will need to check in upon arrival. Here you will receive your program and bidder number. For faster “end of night” check out, we encourage you to visit the Mayor's Charity Ball website now and pre-register your credit card. You will need to click on the Bidding for Good auction link to register.
From 6pm - 8pm, guests will enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, silent auction, a prize drawing and entertainment in the Town Hall Auditorium. The bar is open during this time and the silent auction is filled with many wonderful items.
At 8pm we will move to the Grande Tent where we will enjoy dinner presented by Max, a live auction and dancing. Wine will be served with dinner, and there will be a cash bar under the tent through midnight.
Prior to dancing, Jim Altman from Fox CT will lead the bidding. We encourage you to explore the auction items highlighted below and perhaps plan on partnering up with a friend or two for any one of these amazing live auction items!
