Go to www.photoirisproofing.com
Click on West Hartford Mayor's Ball in the upper left of the screen
Enter hartford for the event passcode (hartford needs to be all lowercase letters)
In the lower right click on "Log in to your account"
In the lower left under "New guest?" click on "I'm new"
Fill out your name and email address and choose a password for your account.

Mission Statement
The Mayor's Charity Ball is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization created to bring awareness to and raise funds for three (3) West Hartford non-profit organizations including: HopeWorks, Inc., The Grounds and Playhouse on Park. Our goal is to create an event that will enable the three non-profits to pool resources and to collaborate on one important fundraising activity within the West Hartford Community. Our organization is governed by a board of directors with the input and endorsement of the Mayor of West Hartford, the Honorable Scott Slifka. All proceeds from The Mayor's Charity Ball will directly benefit HopeWorks Inc., The Grounds, and Playhouse on Park.
